Some features of the Service may be billed. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees are non-refundable and due in accordance with your subscription or order form.
BT1 and its licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property in the Service, including software, models, designs, trademarks and content. You retain ownership of any content you submit.
By submitting content, you grant BT1 a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, modify, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." BT1 expressly disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While BT1 uses reasonable efforts to ensure accurate and reliable outputs (such as AI-driven rankings and interview transcripts), results may vary. You should verify critical decisions with independent evaluation and not rely solely on automated outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BT1 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold BT1 harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate the relationship by providing notice as set forth in your order form. BT1 may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms or for security reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. BT1 may retain copies of your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes; you should export your data prior to termination where needed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your order form or, if none, by the laws of Delaware US, without regard to conflict of law rules.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
